Simple Yogurt Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 400 g sweetened plain yogurt or flavored yogurt (1 cup + 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 g sifted cornstarch (¼ cup + 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a cake pan with parchment paper, or use nonstick spray. A 9-inch round or square cake pan will work well for this recipe.
