  • 200g soft butter, in pieces
  • 70g sugar
  • Seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 120g sugar
  • 100g all purpose flour
  • 150g dark chocolate (60%)
  • 20g coconut oil
  • Apricot jam, 100g
  • Orange liqueur, 20ml
  • Butter for greasing the mold
