Ingredients:

  • 3 apples, sliced

For the Cake Batter:

  • 150g sugar
  • 220g butter
  • 340g honey
  • 180ml buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 300g flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 10g baking powder

For the Caramel:

  • 100g sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
