  • 200 g of sugar
  • 250 g gluten-free wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons gluten-free cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup oil (tea)
  • ½ cup of water (tea)
  • Yeast mixture shown below
  • 200g walnuts
  • gluten free yeast
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon sweet powder
