Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 30g bitter cocoa
  • 24 sponge fingers
  • 100g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 500ml unsweetened black coffee

Preparation:

  1. Separate Eggs:
    • Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Prepare Mascarpone Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks with the brown sugar and vanilla sugar.
    • Add the mascarpone and whisk until smooth.
  3. Whip Egg Whites:
    • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture using a spatula. Set aside.
