Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 pots of flour
- 2 pots of caster sugar
- 0.5 packet of baking powder
- 1 pot of plain yogurt
- 0.5 pot of rapeseed oil
- 2 eggs
- Zest of 1 lemon
Preparation:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Mix Ingredients:
- Mix the ingredients one by one in the following order:
- Baking powder
- Yogurt
- Oil
- Sugar
- Flour
- Eggs and lemon zest
- Mix the ingredients one by one in the following order:
- Prepare Cake Tin:
- Butter or oil a cake tin using a sheet of kitchen paper.
- Pour Batter:
- Pour the prepared batter into the cake tin.
- Bake:
- Bake for about 30 minutes.
- Check for Doneness:
- Check the cooking by inserting the tip of a knife (it should come out dry).
