Soft as a Cloud Cake
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 16g baking powder
- 200g caster sugar (1 1/2 cups)
- 200g butter (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 50g potato starch
- 300g flour (about 2 cups)
- A pinch of salt
- 150g yogurt (about 1 cup)
- Vanilla extract
Method:
- Blend Ingredients:
- Put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend for 3 minutes until well combined.
- Prepare Cake Tin:
- Pour the batter into a 22cm cake tin.
- Bake:
- Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
