Brownies
Ingredients:
- Salt
- 60g flour
- 150g sugar
- 150g butter
- 250g baking chocolate
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
Preparation:
- Melt Chocolate and Butter:
- Melt the baking chocolate broken into pieces with the butter.
- Beat Eggs and Sugar:
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Incorporate Ingredients:
- Add the flour, vanilla sugar, and melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture.
- Pour into Mold:
- Pour the batter into a mold.
- Bake:
- Bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for about 15 minutes.
- Serve:
- Once baked, allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
