Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and lemon zest, add cottage cheese, butter, salt and grind until smooth. Pour flour and soda into the mixture, knead soft and non-sticky dough.
Divide the dough into two equal parts, roll one of them into a rectangular layer 2-3 mm thick. Mix the jam with coconut flakes and spread it on the layer of dough.
Grease the dough over the entire surface and roll the dough into a layer, sealing the edges.
Divide the roll into small portions and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the buns at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do the same with the second part of the dough.
After cooking, you can sprinkle the buns with powdered sugar. Any jam of your choice will do for this recipe.
