Here’s how it works: Zucchini Cheese Pancakes rise loosely when baked. First, mix the flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and finely grated cheese for the dough.
- Then add the milk. Then add the eggs to the dough and coarsely grate the zucchini. Then pour it into a cloth and squeeze it out by twisting it.
Add the zucchini to the dough. - Now cut the parsley into strips and stir. Then heat the oil in portions in a frying pan and spread a ladleful of batter in the pan for each zucchini and cheese pancake.
- Once the pancakes are set, reduce the temperature slightly. Flip the zucchini and cheese pancakes and bake until golden brown.
