Making apple pie:
Pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt into a bowl with eggs. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until a fluffy white mass appears.
Combine flour with baking powder, sift ½ of the mixture into the egg mixture. Using a spatula, carefully mix the pie dough.
Place butter in a saucepan and pour in milk. Melt butter in milk over moderate heat and pour into dough.
Sift the second part of flour with baking powder into the dough, continue kneading the thick dough. Cover the baking form with parchment – the sides and the bottom.
