An incredibly delicious apple pie. Mix everything and put it in the oven: simple and delicious

Making apple pie:

Pour vanilla and classic sugar, salt into a bowl with eggs. Using a mixer, beat the eggs until a fluffy white mass appears.

Combine flour with baking powder, sift ½ of the mixture into the egg mixture. Using a spatula, carefully mix the pie dough.

Place butter in a saucepan and pour in milk. Melt butter in milk over moderate heat and pour into dough.

Sift the second part of flour with baking powder into the dough, continue kneading the thick dough. Cover the baking form with parchment – the sides and the bottom.

Place the first part of the dough on the surface in an even layer. Cut the apples into small thin slices and place them overlapping on top of the dough.

Cover the apple layer with the second part of the dough and level it out.

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

 

 

If desired, sprinkle the pie with almond crumbs before baking. After baking, decorate the pastry with vanilla sugar.
