Baked asparagus – ideal for guests

Alternatives to Aluminum Foil:

  • Shallow saucepan with lid: if it is too high, the asparagus will dry out.
  • Cover the casserole with aluminum foil instead of completely wrapping the asparagus, so that it does not come into contact with the foil.
  • Close the pan with baking paper and uncoated floral wire or kitchen twine.
  • Cook in a roasting tube or roasting bag.
