1. In a bowl combine all purpose flour, bread flour, milk powder,salt, bread improver and baking powder, sift twice.
2. In another bowl dissolve instant yeast and sugar in luke warm water, allow to stand for 10 minutes until foamy.
3. Add flour mixture into the yeast mixture, add in lard, water,eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.
4 Mix if using a mixer with hook attachment or knead by hands for 10-15 minutes until dough is form and elastic.
5. Rest the dough for 1 1/2- 2 hours or until doubled in size.
6. Punch the dough , divide into 16-20 pcs, shape dough into round, flatten the dough put filling and seal, round the dough and arrange in baking pans 3ninches apart.
7. Brush top of the dough with ( 1 beaten egg + liquid) ,sprinkle top with toasted sesame seeds.
8. Rest the dough for 30-45 minutes or until double size.
9.Pre heat oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes.
10. Bake the Burger Bun dough for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
