- 150g marzipan
- 200g soft butter, in pieces
- 70g sugar
- Seeds of 1/2 vanilla bean
- 120g sugar
- 100g all purpose flour
- 150g dark chocolate (60%)
- 20g coconut oil
- Apricot jam, 100g
- Orange liqueur, 20ml
- Butter for greasing the mold
