Brownies

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • 60g flour
  • 150g sugar
  • 150g butter
  • 250g baking chocolate
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs

Preparation:

  1. Melt Chocolate and Butter:
    • Melt the baking chocolate broken into pieces with the butter.
  2. Beat Eggs and Sugar:
    • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
  3. Incorporate Ingredients:
    • Add the flour, vanilla sugar, and melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture.
  4. Pour into Mold:
    • Pour the batter into a mold.
  5. Bake:
    • Bake at 180°C (thermostat 6) for about 15 minutes.
  6. Serve:
    • Once baked, allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
