Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients (flour to milk) and let it rise. When it has risen, form small bobbles (balls) out of the dough.

Roll these first in melted butter and then in a mixture of coconut flakes, ground almonds, sugar and cinnamon and place in a bundt cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven with top/bottom heat at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Eat the cake while it is still lukewarm with vanilla ice cream and cream. Please do not cut into slices. The bobbles come apart very easily and anyone can break one off.
