Classic homemade strawberry cheesecake

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat the oven to 160°C (325°F) and grease a 9-inch cake tin.
    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

    • Heat strawberry jam in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and runny.
    • Brush the strawberries with the warm strawberry jam to coat.
  5. Chilling:
    • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
