What’s in it?
3 and a half cups of chicken stock
Peel and cube four russet potatoes (3 to 4 cups)
1 can of chopped tomatoes, 14 oz.
1 diced yellow onion
Carrots, 1 cup shredded
1 cup of celery, diced
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of dry parsley
half a spoonful of pesto
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1 teaspoon of salt
1 lb of ground meat
One 12-oz package of cooked and chopped bacon
30 milliliters of butter
