Ingredients:

Vegetables:

  • 1 cup grated zucchini
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions

Batter:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

For frying:

  • Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Optional for Serving:

  • Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or cilantro)
  • Dipping sauce (yogurt sauce, spicy mayo, or vinaigrette)
