FILLED PANCAKES WITH MINCED MEAT

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt to make a smooth pancake batter. Use this batter to make 6 pancakes.
  2. Cook the Minced Beef:
    • In a pan, heat olive oil and fry the minced beef until browned and crumbly. Season with salt, pepper, and freshly chopped parsley. Stir in the sour cream.
  3. Assemble the Pancake Casserole:
    • Fill each pancake with the seasoned minced beef mixture and roll them up.
    • Place the filled pancakes in a square, fireproof dish.
  4. Bake the Casserole:
    • Sprinkle grated Emmental cheese over the filled pancakes.
    • Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve:
    • Serve the savory pancake casserole hot, accompanied by a green salad.
