Flatbreads on water in a frying pan. Recipe without eggs: quick and easy

Form a ball of dough, cover with a lid and leave in a warm place to rise.

Next, grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough again. Divide the dough into 6 equal balls.

Roll out with a rolling pin or form each ball into a flat cake with your hands, equal to the diameter of the frying pan. Heat vegetable oil in the frying pan.

We make a hole in the middle of the flatbreads. We put them on the frying pan one by one.

Fry the flatbreads on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Lightly press the flatbread with a spatula.

If large bubbles form on the flatbread, pierce them.

You get delicious simple flatbreads without eggs on water. Such flatbreads are prepared quickly, and can easily replace bread.
