FLUFFY CONDENSED MILK BREAD

Instructions:

1. Activate the yeast: In a small bowl, combine the warm milk and condensed milk. Stir until the condensed milk is fully incorporated into the milk. Sprinkle the instant yeast over the milk mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until the yeast becomes frothy and activated.

2. Prepare the dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg. Add the activated yeast mixture to the bowl and mix well. Gradually add the flour, softened butter, and salt to the bowl. Stir until a rough dough forms.

3. Knead the dough: Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured surface. Begin kneading the dough by folding it over itself and pushing with the heels of your hands. Continue kneading for about 10-12 minutes, or until the dough becomes smooth, elastic, and slightly sticky.

4. First rise: Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a greased bowl. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap. Allow the dough to rise in a warm, draft-free area for approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours, or until it doubles in size.

5. Shape the bread: Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release any air bubbles. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and divide it into equal portions, depending on the desired size of your bread. Shape each portion into a ball or desired shape. Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Second rise: Cover the shaped dough with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for another 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until it expands and becomes puffy.

7. Preheat the oven: While the dough is undergoing its second rise, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

8. Bake the bread: Once the dough has completed its second rise, carefully place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes, or until the bread turns golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

9. Cooling: Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.

Enjoy the delightful aroma and soft, fluffy texture of your homemade Condensed Milk Bread. Whether you enjoy it plain, toasted, or with your favorite spreads, this bread is sure to be a hit.
