PREPARATION MODE
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
- Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Reserve in another container.
- Return to the mixer.
- Beat the yolks with the sugar until a compact mixture forms (like snow).
- Add the mixture of wheat flour, chocolate, oil, water and yeast to the egg yolk mixture.
- Beat the mixture well.
- Remove from mixer.
- Add the egg whites with a spatula.
- Place the dough in small greased molds or paper molds.
- Place the nuts on top of the dough.
- Place the meatballs in the oven at 220º until a toothpick inserted into them comes out clean.
- Remove and allow to cool.
