Gluten-free chocolate cookies

PREPARATION MODE

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  2. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites until stiff.
  3. Reserve in another container.
  4. Return to the mixer.
  5. Beat the yolks with the sugar until a compact mixture forms (like snow).
  6. Add the mixture of wheat flour, chocolate, oil, water and yeast to the egg yolk mixture.
  7. Beat the mixture well.
  8. Remove from mixer.
  9. Add the egg whites with a spatula.
  10. Place the dough in small greased molds or paper molds.
  11. Place the nuts on top of the dough.
  12. Place the meatballs in the oven at 220º until a toothpick inserted into them comes out clean.
  13. Remove and allow to cool.
