Step 1: Preparing the baguettes
- Hollow out the baguettes
Using a small spoon, carefully empty the inside of the pre-cooked baguettes to form a hollow large enough to accommodate the filling.

- Add the egg yolks
As soon as they come out of the oven, carefully place the egg yolks on each half baguette. - Reheat the yolks
Return the baguettes to the oven for an additional minute to reheat the egg yolks without cooking them completely.
