- 3 apples, sliced
For the Cake Batter:
- 150g sugar
- 220g butter
- 340g honey
- 180ml buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 300g flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 10g baking powder
For the Caramel:
- 100g sugar
- 3 tablespoons water
