Step-by-step cooking recipe:

I mix the dough with a mixer.  In a bowl, I mix eggs, sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.  I beat at medium speed until the mass is fluffy.

Then I pour in kefir and vegetable oil.

I mix flour with baking powder and sift it into the resulting mixture.

I add raisins to the dough.  I pre-washed them, dried them and mixed them with a small amount of flour (half a teaspoon is enough).  If the raisins are very dry, you can pre-soak them in warm water for 10-15 minutes.

The dough is ready.
