Kefir cake with raisins. If I need to quickly bake something for tea, I make this

IMPORTANT: All ingredients must be at room temperature.

I transfer the dough into a form covered with baking paper.  If you are not sure about the quality of the paper, grease it with oil.

I bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.  Of course, the baking time will be different for everyone (I check the readiness with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry, the cake is ready).

I sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
