For the Wonton Filling:

– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 24 square wonton wrappers (check for low-carb options or use homemade low-carb wrappers)

For the Soup:
– 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
– 1 cup sliced mushrooms
– 1 cup thinly sliced bok choy or Napa cabbage
– 1/4 cup sliced green onions
– 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish (optional)
