Moist Chocolate Cake with Passion Fruit Mousse Recipe

Cake Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

Cake Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, melted butter, and milk until well combined.
  3. Add the wheat flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder to the wet ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  4. Grease a cake mold with butter and pour the cake batter into it.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
