No-Bake Lemon Eclair Cake

Instructions:
Prepare Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened.
Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until well combined.
Layer: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange a single layer of graham crackers. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers and spread the remaining pudding mixture over them. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Frost: Remove the lid and foil from the can of lemon frosting. Microwave the frosting for about 15-20 seconds to soften, then spread it over the top layer of graham crackers.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the crackers have softened.
Serve: Slice and serve chilled. S
