Oatmeal Cake with Apples and Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of oat flakes
  • 2 large apples (about 220 g of pulp in total)
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g at night
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Cinnamon, powdered ginger, sweetener to taste

Necessary Kitchen Equipment:

  • Large bowl
  • Silicone cake mould
  • Knife or blender to chop nuts
  • Oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius

Preparation and Cooking Time:

  • Preparation: approximately 15-20 minutes
  • Cooking: approximately 35-40 minutes
  • Total time: approximately 50-60 minutes
