Ingredients:

  • cabbage – 500 g;
  • carrots – pcs.;
  • onion – pcs.;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • flour – 100 g;
  • kefir – 150 ml;
  • soda – ½ tsp;
  • baking powder – ½ tsp;
  • vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • butter – a piece;
  • salt, pepper;
  • green.

Preparation:

Fill the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the chopped onion in it. Add the grated carrot and fry for a while. Send the shredded cabbage to the frying pan.
