Break three chicken eggs into a saucer. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix with a fork. Pour in 150 ml of kefir, and also add soda and baking powder. Mix again with a fork. Add two heaped tablespoons of flour. Mix with a whisk.

Combine the resulting mixture with cabbage. For a presentable appearance, add greens to your taste.

Grease the frying pan with butter and place our preparation in it.

Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Now you need to turn it over to the other side.

You can use a saucer for this. Cook on the other side for 5 minutes, also on medium heat.
