Sponge Cake:

- 100g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Meringue Topping:
- 3 egg whites
- 150g sugar
- A pinch of cream of tartar
Additional:
- Liqueur of your choice (e.g., rum or brandy)
- Sliced almonds for decoration
