- 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 8 eggs
- 1.5 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional toppings: chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, hot sauce
