Method:

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes slightly frothy (about 10-15 minutes).

Add the vegetable oil and milk, continuing to mix.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder, and incorporate everything into the mixture in two portions, mixing well.

Pour the mixture into a 20 cm baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream: mix the sugar, butter, cream, salt, roasted peanuts, cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract and cream. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Melt the milk chocolate with the odorless vegetable oil and pour it over the cooled cake. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts over the topping.

Cool for a further 10-15 minutes and serve. Enjoy your meal!
