Stove Top Meatloaf

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Stuffing:

  • In a medium bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix with 1 cup of hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

2. Mixing the Gravy:

  • In another medium bowl, mix 1 package of brown gravy with 1 cup of cold water.

3. Preparing the Meatloaf Mixture:

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, beaten eggs, and prepared gravy mixture. Mix thoroughly (you may find it easiest to use your hands).

4. Combining the Stuffing and Meatloaf Mix:

  • After the stuffing has soaked for 5 minutes, add it to the ground beef mixture. Stir until well combined.

5. Baking the Meatloaf:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray.
  • Press the meatloaf mixture into the bundt pan.
  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through and no longer pink inside.

6. Serving:

  • Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes after baking.
  • Invert the bundt pan onto a plate.
  • Serve the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and additional brown gravy poured over the top or in the center of the meatloaf.
