Whoa, this taste is unreal! We can’t stop eating it!

How to Follow
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the sliced meat. Place in a slow cooker when ready.
Then, to the slow cooker, add the chopped garlic, onion, and bell pepper.
Step3: Add Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, then season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
4. After mixing everything together, cover and simmer on low for 6 to 7 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
5. Toss in the cheese tortellini about half an hour before serving. Make sure they are completely covered by the liquid by stirring.
6. Melt the shredded provolone and heavy cream and toss them in when the tortellini are cooked and soft.

7. After 5–10 minutes, the sauce should thicken somewhat, and then serve.
Changes and Hints
Garnish the bell pepper and onions with sliced jalapeños or red pepper flakes for a hotter variation. Swap out the tortellini with florets of cauliflower or sliced zucchini for a lower-carb alternative. Smoked provolone cheese or a dash of balsamic vinegar added just before serving can give it a stronger taste.
